A passion that means working on seasonal products from local producers. Seafood also has an important place in the chef’s menus.
Each morning, the chef goes to the market and carefully selects the different products that will compose your meal.
Le Gourmet de Sèze offers four different menus. They are made with seasonal products and everything is home-made.
